Eric
Lytle,
former President of P.J. Dick, Incorporated, established

in January of 2004. Lytle Construction Services, LP
(“LCS”) which began operating in May, specializes in
commercial, healthcare, and retail construction, and

for projects ranging in size from thousands of dollars
to $15 million.
During
a recent interview, company President, Eric Lytle, stated,
“We
are exceptionally pleased to have acquired over $3 million
worth of work in our first 7 months of operation – despite
an economy that has left many firms struggling with
slow growth. Our customers are very pleased with
our business approach."
LCS
was awarded a contract in December for the renovation
and addition to the Ingomar United Methodist Church
Community Center in Franklin Park, Pennsylvania, with
an approximate project cost of $1.9 million. Ron
Marney, Jr.,
who has over 30 years of construction experience, was
appointed Project Superintendent.
LCS
was also awarded a contract to construct a new prototype
Meineke Car Care Complex in Cranberry Township, which
project is being coordinated by Steve
Peterman,
Project Superintendent.
Interior
renovations at the law offices of Karen Ferri were recently
completed directly across the street from LCS’ Route
22 offices. Additionally, approximately 30,000 sf of
warehouse revitalizations were also completed.
"Bottom
line, we are doing the right things, and remain optimistic
about our future and our approach to business. Clients
and design professionals involved in smaller, more unique
projects, are asking for construction expertise, quality,
sophisticated services, and value, and that is what
we bring to this market.”
